The hotel/room was clean.
Location: the hotel was so close to Nakiyama slope in Hakuba Happo One, restaurants, bars and general ambience and the HAPPO bus stop. Seafood restaurant Big Tuna Fish Co was located 5 minutes walk away. Beds and pillows in my twin room were exceptionally comfortable. There was a sparkling clean bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and slippers.

This hotel is simply luxurious, fulfilling all our exclusive amenities needs. the helpful staff made sure to grant us outside hours access arrangements. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided us with mouth-watering homemade dishes and friendly bartenders. the hot spring bath was spacious and clean, and the sauna was a great addition. the location is perfect with just a short walk to the Happo lifts.
The only minor issue we found was the lack of hot milk at breakfast for our morning coffee. the hotel staff kindly brought us hot milk every morning when we requested it, making up for the absence of it.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near the bus terminal, making it easy for us to catch the bus to nearby attractions. the room was modern and clean, with a well-appointed bathroom. the staff provided top-notch service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the breakfast offered an excellent variety of food options to choose from.
The hotel's restaurant was not available for those without a reservation, and other dining options in town were limited.

Amazing stay! The hotel was super new and modern. It had a great location near the ski slopes, just a short walk away. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and provided a perfect start to the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. The communal bath was lovely and very clean.
One thing that could be improved was the level of knowledge of the staff regarding local attractions and services. Although they were friendly and helpful, they didn't seem to know much about the area outside of town.
